Below is a list of things you should send to the PI at various points during the Que(e)ry. If information changes during the course of the project, please send updates as necessary.

Before Data Collection

  1. Copies of IRB or similar approval
  2. Contact information for collaborators
  3. How many _____ are involved with the project?
    • Faculty
    • Staff
    • Graduate students

  4. Has the project received any funding or grants?
  5. Can the name of the university/college be listed publicly as a site of Queery data collection?
  6. The proposed questions, with any changes from the original queery highlighted, for approval

During Data Collection

  1. Date data collection started
  2. The final set of questions that are being used

After Data Collection

  1. Date data collection closed
  2. A copy of all data / survey responses for the central database
  3. How many _____ have been involved with the project?
