Press Release: UW Que(e)ry: Interdisciplinary Queer & Trans Research Team Preliminary Findings
August 3, 2016. University of Washington queer and trans community members describe classrooms as unsafe; spaces in which they hear offensive language or degrading comments being directed atothers based on their actual or perceived gender identity and/or sexual orientation.

This campus climate report was compiled using data from 351 students gathered between November 25th, 2012, and March 1st, 2013. It represents an estimated 70% of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, and Genderqueer (LGBTQ) students at Fordham College Rose Hill and the Fordham Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, as well as an estimated 35% of LGBTQ students at Fordham College Lincoln Center and 28% of LGBTQ students at the Fordham University School of Law. Overall, they represent more than half of all LGBTQ students in these schools.
